To make your shaped or business card CDs we start by using an injection molding process to manufacture a regular size CD of the highest quality with your data physically pressed into the disc, then our award winning Print Team screenprint the CDs with your artwork. The final step is cutting each disc to shape and assembling it into the packaging of your choice.
 Have an idea for a custom shape? Talk to our experienced staff to find out what’s possible. Shaped CDs need to fit into either the 80mm ring or 120mm ring in a CD Drive. They also need to be well balanced so symmetrical shapes work best.
Make your CDs really stand out from the crowd by printing your CDs with scratch and sniff inks or using partially metallized CDs where the outer portion of the disc is clear plastic.
