 CD REPLICATION
CD Replication is the most economic process to use when manufacturing more than 500 CDs.
For less than 500 CDs you need CD Duplication. We melt polycarbonate and injection mould it against a stamper in our ‘Meki' Moulding Machine. The disc is then transferred to our ‘Hanky' CD screenprinting machine where it is printed using UV cured inks.
