For more than 500 CDs you need CD Replication. We use top quality blank CDR media. Duplication takes place in a cleanroom environment using industry leading duplication towers to ensure maximum reliability of the finished CD. CD Duplication works by using a laser CD writer to discolour a special die that is sandwiched between the polycarbonate and the metallised layer. The discoloured areas mimic the pits in a replicated CD thus recording the data. CDRs should not be left in direct sunlight as the sun can discolour all of the die making the discs unreadable.
